Almanac Grain produces small batches based on order volume. Deliveries and Pickups must be scheduled 1-2 days in advance to allow us time to prepare your order. Our menu changes weekly, so check back every Saturday or Sunday!
The perfect December loaf. Our fresh-milled Québec hard red flour, Red Fife flour and Einkorn flour gently folded with toasted hazelnuts, callebaut dark chocolate and chopped figs. Toast a slice and add butter liberally.
