Almanac Grain produces small batches based on order volume. Deliveries and Pickups must be scheduled 1-2 days in advance to allow us time to prepare your order. Our menu changes weekly, so check back every Saturday or Sunday!

These Heritage grains are the perfect add-in to any bread. They each give a unique depth of flavour and colour to take your baking to the next level. All of these fresh-milled flours are low gluten and so are best used alongside a strong bread flour. Alternatively, they make the most delicious cookies / pancakes / muffins / loaf pan treats and even pasta.
