About this flour:
Almanac General Purpose flour is a blend of fresh-milled hard red spring wheat and soft white wheat. This is a great substitute for any recipe that calls for a generic all-purpose flour. Like all Almanac flours, our general purpose is never enriched or bleached and contains only the freshest stone-milled flour.
What to make with it: Sourdough bread, biscuits, English muffins, shortbread, cakes
