Almanac General Purpose flour is straight from the fields at Axten Farms This is their unique blend of 7 different varieties of spring wheat that grow together in the same field. This adds diversity and unique characteristics that come together to make the perfect, sustainable crop. The blend brings all the things we want to a General Purpose workhorse flour. Flavour, nutrition and versatility. 

What to make with it: Sourdough bread, biscuits, English muffins, shortbread, cakes, cookies, you name it.
