A breakfast by many names. Toad in a hole, egg in a basket, one-eyed Jack, egg in a blanket, egg in a frame.. Regardless, they all end in the same nostalgic and simple breakfast. We fancy it up a touch with some Balderson cheddar, St Albert cheese curds, caramelized onions and thyme.
