This moist, rich, banana bread showcases two of our freshly milled heritage flours, Spelt and Khorasan. Spelt lends a softness while the Khorasan gives it a gorgeous buttery colour and flavour. Topped with toasted walnuts for a little added crunch, this is one of our favourites.
