Hiring: Sourdough Baker

We're looking for friendly, hardworking sourdough baker to join the team in a permanent capacity on a full or part-time basis. 

The successful candidates will be self-motivated, collaborative and committed to great customer service. There is the option to transition to a permanent full-time role at the end of the season.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourdough baking, including mixing, shaping, scoring and baking naturally leavened bread
  • Commitment and interest in learning and adapting baking techniques to constantly improve our product
  • Dishwashing

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organization
  • Part-time options also available. 
  • $16.50 hourly
