Made with fresh-milled Red Fife, Québec Hard Red and Einkorn flours and fermented with our house sourdough culture. This garlicky and cheesy loaf is mixed with chunks of Parmesan cheese, slow roasted garlic, and fragrant rosemary. Makes a great sandwich.
