A blend of fresh-milled Red Fife, Einkorn and Hard Red flour mixed with a porridge made from local, house-rolled oats, milk and honey. This loaf is fermented overnight with our house sourdough culture for optimal flavour and digestibility. The perfect loaf for french toast!
