We've been using Henrietta milk for our hot beverages at our new Little Italy location as we believe it's the best tool for the job. Sourced from cows in the Seguenay-Lac-St-Jean area, it's a 3.8%, creamy, high fat milk created specifically for coffee! Does that mean it's just for coffee and not for drinking? Heck no. It makes a delicious cup of cold drinking milk too, pairs perfectly with a bowl of our granola and serves as an excellent source of dipping for our chocolate chip pecan cookies. It's really a win win.
