Almanac Grain produces small batches based on order volume. Deliveries and Pickups must be scheduled 1-2 days in advance to allow us time to prepare your order. Our menu changes weekly, so check back every Saturday or Sunday!

The perfect sandwich loaf. Tin shaped sourdough, ready to take on anything. Made with our sifted Hard Red flour, sifted Red Fife and Einkorn whole grain for a softer and more open crumb (still no butter leakage though!)
