How it works
We're holding a bread rally - a friendly baking competition celebrating bread and the people who love to bake it. Bake a loaf, drop it off, and put your bread to the test!
There will be three categories:
1) Sourdough - If your bread is made with 100% starter, your bread can be entered into this category
2) Yeasted - If your bread is made with any kind of commercial yeast, your bread can be entered in this category
3) Enriched - If your bread includes milk, eggs, sugar or butter (yeasted or sourdough) your bread can be entered in this category.Â
At checkout, select however many entries you'd like to put forth (no limit on number of loaves or how many categories you can enter). In the notes section of the checkout, please leave us an instagram handle if you have one so we can tag you!Â
The window for dropping off your loaves will be Sunday September 27th from 8am to 2pm. We will be doing a behind the scenes judging that evening and will be announcing the winner that night! The winners will be featured in our Bread Club email and on our instagram.Â
The winner of each category will receive some fresh-milled flour, one of our new tote bags and a $20 give card to our Beech street location.
