The most decadent loaf to date. We went double chocolate on this one with Camino fair trade cocoa powder plus dark chocolate Callebaut chips. Some frozen cherries for a little tart sweetness and rolled in a crushed hazelnut crust for a rich, crunchy finish.
Ingredients: Fresh-milled Red Fife Whole Grain Flour, Redeemer Whole Grain Flour, Spelt Whole Grain Flour, sourdough culture, Camino cocoa powder, Dark Chocolate Callebaut, sweet cherries, hazelnut, sea salt.
