Almanac Grain produces small batches based on order volume. Deliveries and Pickups must be scheduled 1-2 days in advance to allow us time to prepare your order. Our menu changes weekly, so check back every Saturday or Sunday!

Want pancakes but don't have time to think about it? We got you. This blend of heritage flours yields a super flavourful, fluffy yet filling pancake.

Each 225g batch yields 5/6 pancakes. Feed the fam with one batch or have everyone over for brunch and use the whole bag. Try adding our Beking's Organic Eggs and Biemond Cream Top Milk. Check out our Logan Petit Lot Chocolate Peanut Butter and Top Shelf Preserves Blackcurrant Jam as ideal toppings.
