Growing up with French Canadian family meant holidays spent chez ma tante. Crammed in tight around several tables pushed together, covered in white crochet table clothes, I would load up my plate with tourtière and homemade ketchup. Every year when the snow falls, I start thinking about this classic French Canadian dish that means Christmas to me. I am so pleased to share it with you.
Joyeux Noël.
