Frozen Sourdough Pizza Dough


Let us take some of the work out of pizza night with our frozen signature sourdough pizza dough that you can take and make at home. All the amazing fresh-milled heritage flour flavour with half the work. Just follow these thawing instructions below, top, cook and enjoy. 

345g (12" pizza)

For best results:

Remove from freezer 3 hours prior to use and allow to sit on the counter at room temperature. Follow along the video and enjoy! 


Remove from freezer into the fridge for 8 hours. Pull the dough out and let rest on counter at room temperature for 1 hour prior to use. Follow along the video and enjoy! 


Preheat oven to 500F/550F with a pizza steel or stone in there if you have one. You want it really hot so a good half hour for preheating is recommended. Roll out dough according to video and then transfer to a parchment paper. Dress it up on the parchment then transfer pizza and parchment onto the hot stone or steel. Every oven is different and pizza thickness varies so cook times will vary. Give it 10 minutes and check on it, rotating it on the stone. Add more time as needed.
