Far from your store-bought frozen frisbees, these all butter sourdough pie crusts are flaky and flavourful. Pull them out and make a quiche or use the top and bottom together for a pie. Whatever you do, try not to eat it on its own before you fill it.
Made with fresh-milled Whole Grain Spelt, Hard White and Soft White flours. The dough is then brought together with our Red Fife sourdough culture.
