About this grain:

Our oats draw their history back over 2,000 years to the wild red oat, a plant that originated in Asia. Oats are a highly nutritious source of cholesterol-fighting soluble fiber which have been demonstrated to help reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes. 

Oats are a gluten-free grain. We process our oats and oat flour on a separate mill away from wheat and other grains, however we cannot guarantee that they have not been exposed to trace gluten elements. We do not market our oats as a gluten-free product for this reason.

What to make with it: Muffins, English muffins, pancakes (almost anything that requires all-purpose can be substituted with oat flour)
