As a kid I used to eat Dad's Oatmeal Cookies dipped in Earl Grey tea because that was my own dad's favourite. While these are WAY better than those, they were born from that nostalgic memory of my childhood, brought to life by our wonderful bakers. These are special and so delicious.
Made with our organic house-rolled oats, fresh-milled Khorasan flour and our house sourdough culture, they are crisp along the edge and soft and chewy in the middle.
