Meet our new Gochujang Sourdough loaf. This gal is marbled with savoury and slightly spicy (my kids eat it so not that spicy) gochujang from Raon Kitchen, sesame oil, green onions and cheese curds. We then roll the outside in sesame seeds which get all nice and toasty golden in the oven, adding to the carmelized savoury flavour. We recommend eating it as pictured above, eggs and avocado. Or a nice grilled cheese with some kimchi (Raon Kitchen makes a mean kimchi if you're looking for some).
