We're looking for a friendly, hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Shop Manager in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, collaborative and committed to great customer service. We're offering $19/h to start. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving customers at the bakery and at the occasional farmer's market
• Fielding questions and providing insight into fresh-milled and naturally leavened flour and baking (training provided)
• Farmer's markets and other off-site events
• Ensuring a clean retail workspace
• Fulfilling online orders
• Helping curate goods and pantry items
• Working with our suppliers to stock the shop
• Managing online shop / stock 
• Managing FOH staff and schedule 

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly and willing to deliver great service
• Ability to work as part of a small team
• Good verbal communication skills
• A G license
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and market setup 
• Superior organization
• Retail/service experience an asset
• Bilingualism considered an asset
• Must be available weekends
