We're Hiring: Bakery & Market Retail Staff

We're looking for friendly, hardworking seasonal full-time and part-time customer service staff to join our team. This role will be based both at the bakery and at farmer's markets around Ottawa.

The succesful candidates will be self-motivated, collaborative and committed to great customer service. There is the option to transition to a permanent full-time role at the end of the season.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bakery retail service
  • Farmer's markets and other off-site events
  • Ensuring a clean retail workspace
  • Fulfilling online orders
  • Helping curate goods and pantry items
  • Dishwashing

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Friendly and willing to deliver great service
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organization
  • Retail/service experience an asset
  • Bilingualism considered an asset
  • Work weeks are five days, 40 hours, must be available weekends
  • Part-time options also available. 
  • $16 hourly
