Story
This coffee was grown by Jefferson Navarro on his farm, La Bendicion, which sits on a ridge overlooking the Caribbean sea. It was harvest by Jefferson and the Delagua team to ensure peak ripeness and it was floated and purchased onsite before being transported in small tanks to sea level to dry in raised beds in the sun.
