Heritage Flour Pasta Workshop


Join us on June 5th from 4:00 - 6:00 for a two hour heritage flour pasta class led by our Head Miller and Founder Gabrielle for a celebration of your inner Italian Nonna. 

We'll cover:

  • Fundamentals of heritage grains;
  • The fresh-milled difference: how stone milling can deliver new heights of flavour, texture and complexity (not to mention digestibility) to your home pasta making;
  • Techniques for making different kinds of noodles

Registration includes a bag of fresh-milled flour, a wooden pasta board, fresh noodles for home and we'll enjoy a glass of wine from an independent Ontario producer; like any good Nonna would. 

You'll need:

  • Apron (we have some if you don't!)
  • A rolling pin 
  • A container to bring home your noodles
