About this grain:

Farina, also known as Cream of Wheat, is delicious and versatile. Perhaps best known prepared as a hot cereal, it can also be cooked like polenta, used as substitute for bread crumbs or even combined with milk and sugar to make a delicious cream for layer cakes.

Farina is made from the germ and endosperm of our grain, which is milled to a fine consistency and then sifted.

What to make with it: hot breakfast cereal, polenta
