Join us on Tuesday June 25th from 4:45 - 6:45 for a two hour heritage flour pasta class led by our Head Miller and Founder Gabrielle for a celebration of your inner Italian Nonna.
We'll cover:
- Fundamentals of heritage grains;
- The fresh-milled difference: how stone milling can deliver new heights of flavour, texture and complexity (not to mention digestibility) to your home pasta making;
- Techniques for making different kinds of noodles
Registration includes a bag of fresh-milled flour, a wooden pasta board, fresh noodles for home and we'll enjoy a glass of wine from an independent Ontario producer; like any good Nonna would.
You'll need:
- Apron (we have some if you don't!)
- A rolling pin
- A container to bring home your noodles
