ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop will provide everything you need to know to start baking your own delicious heritage sourdough bread at home. We'll cover the basics of maintaining your starter, mixing, proofing, shaping and baking a sourdough loaf. You'll take home your very own starter and fresh-milled heritage loaf to bake, plus extra Almanac flour for experimenting. Your registration includes a wicker banneton and liner to take home with you.
Attendees are asked to bring their own mixing bowl and measuring cup.
Workshop includes a Dominion City beer and snacks.
