Frozen Bake Fresh Sourdough Biscuits


These flaky fresh-milled sourdough biscuits are frozen and ready to pop in the oven for any occasion. Pairs perfectly with our strawberry jam and clotted cream

Preheat oven to 400F 20 mins before baking

Place frozen biscuits on parchment lined baking sheet and brush with cream

Place baking sheet with biscuits in oven and reduce heat to 350F and bake for 20 min

Rotate biscuits and bake for another 10 min

Check your biscuits. They should be golden brown and the sides should be set when you give them a squeeze. 

If they’re ready, pull them out and allow them to cool for 10min to let the inside set. 

If they need longer, pop them back in for up to 5 min. Once cool, enjoy!
